The objective of this program is to improve your agents' individual productivity, and your leadership skills based upon personal strengths.
Prestige Brokerage Services's leaders will establish your coaching program around your personal and professional needs by conducting phone sessions for one hour once per month for six months. The program will be evaluated at the sixth month to determine if the parties agree to continue a new agreement.
Session 1: Visualization and Business Planning
This session will focus on visualizing your business's future. This visualization will guide the development of your company's strategic plan, goal establishment and measures and leadership tactics. If necessary, we will also be establishing some of the financial planning foundations.
Session 2: Leadership for Recruiting and Retention
You will learn methods to improve your leadership skills, and how to maximize your recruiting and retention rates by establishing consistent recruiting and retention programs, as well as by being the best leader you can be.
Session 3: Events and Meetings
This session guides you through effectively planning sales meetings that your agents will find useful, training classes that help your team maximize their productivity and holding company events to keep morale high.
Session 4: Increasing Agent Productivity
Prestige Real Estate Group has historically averaged three times greater productivity than it’s competitors in the Denver marketplace. In this session the productivity systems Prestige uses and have proven successful with be displayed for you to utilize in your company.
Session 5: The Business Aspects
An analysis of your firms current business systems – including accounting, IT, personnel, and marketing will be addressed to enhance your company efficiencies.
Session 6: The Power of Purpose
Every individual has their own set of strengths. Discover what your leadership strengths are through our unique Leadership Questionnaire and Personal Leadership Analysis program to teach you how to best improve those core strengths in leading your company.
